My Fellow Artist….

So I was out with my brother and we decided to snap some dance pics in front of this wonderful Mural done by Hamilton Glass.

mural will not be up for long so act fast. The mural location is behind
ALB Tech (1208 w. Main Street), right next to Crossroads coffee shop.Ham’s Recession 2009 is a mura…l in Richmond, Virginia done by Hamilton Glass
in early November 2009. This mural was opened to the public on Friday
November 13th, 2009 during ALB Tech’s 2 year anniversary celebration.
It is a glorious, powerful, and provocative work of art.
The
mural has since offended a few of a ALB Tech’s neighbors – enough so
that they demanded it’s destruction. This sort of censorship should not
be allowed – unfortunately, however, in order to keep the peace with
our surroundings and our wonderful city, we have agreed to paint a new
mural over top of this one to appease the masses. We want to raise
questions about acceptability, judgment, and perhaps morality. More

So this is a Side note to all artist. Whom ever you are. Mural artist,
Rap artist, Visual Artist., Poets, Who ever you are. Check out this
picture and show support. Wether you like it or not. It is your Right
to have freedom of speech. There are many time I don’t like what Rush,
Palin or Fox news has to say. But is their right. For that matter there
are times when I don’t want to hear what Sharpton, or Jesse Jackson
speak about things. Yet freedom of expression is your right … Please
